The location was good and unbeatable - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were exceptionally clean even with windows all open and the breakfast was savoury. The staff was fairly friendly - we will be back.

It was just a balanced option for a quick weekend visit in Toome with good price-value balance. The staff was warm and friendly, and my child received five extra roast potatoes with the meal. Be mindful that the lunch menu is limited.

The room layout offers good space. The ambiance hints at a homey feel was good.
Of the various drawbacks, the lack of hot water in the morning was a real bummer. The decor feels quite dated, with mismatched furniture and worn carpets that detract from the overall experience. I had to search quite a bit to find anyone for check-out, and breakfast options lacked versatility, cutting off service before I could grab a bite. The hotel has some potential but could use an upgrade in several aspects for a better experience.

The room was spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere felt inviting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved the electric kettle and tea and coffee facilities available in the room. The location is convenient for exploring the nearby Lough Neagh. Breakfast was a disappointment. The timing was off, as service was delayed and I had to leave before I could eat. The noisy creaky floors made it hard to sleep, especially with movement overhead. Staff were friendly but could use more training to ensure timely service. I enjoyed my stay, but some improvements are needed.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home during our stay. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and amenities, making it easy for us to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel had free Wi-Fi, which was a great advantage for staying connected.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. The hotel seemed understaffed, with one person trying to handle multiple tasks such as checking in guests, serving at the bar, and waiting tables.
